– Helping people affected by the conflict is not just a necessity – it’s our duty – says the initiator of the action, founder and CEO of GetResponse and ClickMeeting, Szymon Grabowski, who himself donated 200 thousand PLN to the start. The aim of the action is to collect funds for the purchase of the most necessary products (mainly medicine and necessities), which will be then sent by truck to Ukraine thanks to the support of InPost and cooperation with the Zustricz Foundation. Subsequent transports will be organized gradually, as additional funds are obtained from other companies.
– We understand perfectly well the difficult situation of our neighbors and we cannot remain indifferent to what is happening. We want to make it possible for the residents of the areas engulfed by warfare to function normally to the maximum extent possible. At the same time we appeal to Polish entrepreneurs to join the action – together we can do more! – says Szymon Grabowski.
The action is open to all companies willing to donate PLN 1000 or more. – We do our shopping in bulk and organize truck transport. The needs are enormous, so the help also has to come in large amounts – says Grabowski.
Apart from GetResponse and ClickMeeting, managed by Grabowski, other companies joined the action, like Torus development company, InPost or DOZ Vita pharmacy from Cracow. So far 250 thousand zloty have been collected.
