Latvian Association of Start-ups will inform about support mechanisms offered by the European Economic Area Funds

In order to motivate start-ups to take advantage of the European Economic Area (EEA) funds, a webinar on the current EEA support mechanisms “Fund Your Startup: 2021 is still full of magic” organised by the Latvian Start-up Association “Startin.LV”, the Ministry of Economics and START EASY Interreg Europe will take place online on 3 August.

During the online event Startin.LV will present the EEA funding instruments available and planned for 2021 and inform about the next deadlines for project applications. Special attention will be paid to the Norway Grants small grant scheme, which offers funding of up to EUR 130 000.

Reinis Budriķis, the event’s main expert, will share his experience in attracting external funding from EEA Grants, having raised more than EUR 50 million in funding for Latvian and international companies, as well as having participated in the development of more than 30 companies’ strategic plans.

The informative webinar “Fund Your Startup: 2021 is still full of magic” will take place on 3 August from 16:00 to 17:30 and will be broadcast live on Startin.LV Facebook page. The event will be held in English and is open to representatives of start-ups planning to raise funding from EEA Grants.
