MEDmeetsTECH is an event that brings together the world of medicine, startups and business. For the second time it will be held in a hybrid formula – both stationary and online. The motto of the meeting will be the area of #Artificial Intelligence. Its spring edition will be an opportunity for people creating an ecosystem for the activity of medical startups in Poland to learn from each other about intelligent approach to technology in healthcare. This includes inventors, representatives of the medical world, investors, business leaders, representatives of public and private institutions and students.
According to the assumptions adopted by the organizers, the conference will be divided into several thematic sessions. The meeting will begin with the “Trends” session, during which the speakers will discuss issues related to the future of the MEDTECH industry. We will find out, among other things, at what stage our country is at present and in which direction the works connected with the application of artificial intelligence in the area of healthcare are heading, as well as how technology is changing the image of contemporary medicine.
In turn, during the session: “Market know-how” there will be many interesting issues concerning, among others, the creation of applications for rehabilitation with the use of smart clothing, the use of solutions such as HOLO, AI, VR or metaverse, and building ecosystems of companies and their products. Each of the speeches will be enriched by market case studies showing the practical side of the presented solutions.
The day will also include a debate entitled: Artificial intelligence in healthcare: opportunity or threat? – which will be attended, among others, by representatives of the Ministry of Health, Medical Research Agency and Polish Hospital Federation. The meeting will end with presentations of the most interesting startups.
