– We managed to survive the most difficult pandemic period for the industry. It was a time of major layoffs and restructuring among agents specializing in business travel. We used this time to expand our sales team, develop our technology and IT department, and strengthen our visibility. We are now seeing an upturn in the market and the return of multinational corporations to business travel. The investment round we have raised will allow us to strengthen our position on international markets where we are already present and enter new ones, including African countries. It is worth noting that we are currently in the process of rebranding our brand to WorkTrips.com and part of the funds raised will be allocated to marketing activities. – says Filip Błoch, president and co-founder of Hotailors.
Travel Manager makes it easier for companies to organise business trips, specialising in servicing trips of external employees (i.e. those working on contracts). The Hotailors application enables quick booking of airline tickets and hotels and organizing business trips within the employees’ limits, while the company receives one collective invoice. The Poznan-based company gives customers access to a complete knowledge of business travel costs and allows for their real management. It also gives control over expenses in real time. The company’s solution is tailored to the needs of international clients who use the application of the Polish company on a daily basis.
– A breakthrough in our history was first of all the integration with the global technology giant SAP. Currently, our solution is published in the SAP ConcurApp Center and provides seamless integration enabling synchronization of travel data and transfer of costs of a non-staff member to the SAP Concur system. As a result, it meets all integration standards with international companies that use our solution, including Google, Vodafone, Microsoft. We are not slowing down, which is also proved by offering new products, including the possibility of purchasing travel insurance and cancellation insurance of our partner Axa Partners. – adds the president.
The goal of Hotailors’ founders is to become a key player on the domestic market and one of the leading players on the global business travel market. On 9-12 May this year the company will take part in the largest conference of the travel industry in Arabian countries – Arabian Travel Market 2022 in Dubai.
