The First HR Breakfast Was Held in Tallinn
On November 10, 2022, a meeting for business owners and HR managers, organized by Personio, was held in Tallinn, Estonia. The event took place in a new format of offline meetings – an IT breakfast at the Fotografiska Museum café, where entrepreneurs were able to learn about the possibilities of the HR platform and how it is used by other companies in the EU and Estonia in particular.
A few dozen people attended the event. The participants discussed current problems in HR administration, as well as shared solutions that are already being used to save resources. Large and small companies have the same HR problems. The recruiting process and interaction with current employees have changed over the past few years.
