Czech technology company FLÆ Robotics, which builds an AI-powered hospitality platform that automates guest communication, reservations and front-office tasks, has raised more than €1 million in Seed funding from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels.
The Round
The funding will go toward developing its platform, BE-A, expanding the team and supporting international growth. FLÆ Robotics is strengthening its presence in Germany, entering Austria and building on its recent UK launch, and is also preparing to enter the US hotel market.
What BE-A Does
Founded by Filip Linek, FLÆ Robotics develops BE-A, an AI hospitality agent that automates routine guest communication, reservations and front-office tasks for hotels. It works around the clock and handles enquiries over WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone calls.
Through integrations with hotel management systems, BE-A can check room availability, manage reservations and provide information about hotel services. It also categorises incoming messages and routes requests to the right teams or workflows, so hotel staff can cut administrative work and focus on guests who need personal attention.
Linek, founder and CEO, said: “Hotel teams handle a large volume of repetitive enquiries and tasks every day across email, phone and other channels. We are developing BE-A to go beyond answering questions and carry out the next step within hotel systems. This gives staff more time for guests and situations that need their experience and judgement.”
Traction
BE-A is used by more than 60 hotels across the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic. According to the company, in July and August 2026 it processed about 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations, averaging more than 4,000 interactions a day. In the same period it completed more than 3,400 hotel bookings without human intervention. These figures are the company’s own.
FLÆ Robotics is working to broaden BE-A’s capabilities and deepen its integration with existing hotel systems, so it can handle more guest requests and operational tasks.
