Jobilla Secures €6 Million to Revolutionize Global Recruitment with AI-Powered Tools

Helsinki-based digital recruitment company Jobilla has taken a major leap forward by introducing advanced AI-driven tools designed to transform the recruitment landscape. These innovations promise to significantly streamline global hiring processes, offering companies a faster, more efficient way to attract top talent.

Jobilla’s new tools aim to cut recruitment campaign setup and execution time by over 50%. By automating tasks like ad creation, landing page content, email drafting, and candidate screening, the platform allows recruiters to focus on selecting the best candidates rather than getting bogged down in administrative work. A standout feature of the new tools is their ability to generate native-level content in multiple languages, enabling localized recruitment campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences without the need for manual translations.

To support the rollout of these AI-powered solutions, Jobilla has secured €6 million in funding from a consortium of investors, including Juuri Partners, Trind VC, Business Finland, and several business angels. This new capital will drive Jobilla’s international expansion and further development of its AI platform. The company also announced that Matti Vikkula, CEO of Biokraft International AB and a former PwC executive, has joined as Chair of the Board.

The recruitment process, traditionally time-consuming and costly, is riddled with challenges. Jobilla’s AI tools aim to alleviate these by automating many administrative tasks, allowing recruiters to dedicate more time to evaluating and securing top talent. The platform also offers detailed candidate summaries and progress tracking, equipping recruiters with the data needed to make informed decisions.

“AI won’t solve every challenge in recruitment, but it can significantly reduce the time and costs associated with hiring,” said Henri Nordström, CEO of Jobilla. “Our new tools eliminate many of the tedious tasks, enabling teams to concentrate on selecting the best candidates from a strong pool.”

Jobilla’s AI tools also address one of the biggest hurdles in recruitment: reaching passive candidates. Many qualified professionals are not actively seeking new opportunities, making them difficult to engage. Jobilla’s platform enhances candidate engagement by creating personalized recruitment campaigns in their native languages, increasing the likelihood of attracting top talent. The screening process also helps candidates understand their fit for a role through tailored questionnaires, reducing pressure to apply prematurely.

“We use data to create more impactful recruitment campaigns,” Nordström added. “Candidates respond better to content in their native language, and our platform automates this process, making it cost-effective for companies to solve recruitment challenges in any market.”

Jobilla currently manages over 8,000 recruitment campaigns annually in more than 50 countries. Recognized as the best recruiting marketing platform by G2 in 2022, Jobilla is set to continue its rapid growth and redefine global recruitment with its latest AI advancements.
