Helsinki-based startup Realm has raised €3.8 million in a Seed round to transform how enterprise sales teams operate by deploying AI agents across go-to-market workflows.
The round was led by Frontline Ventures, with participation from HubSpot Ventures, as well as angel investors including Cal Henderson and Alex Bouaziz.
Turning Sales into an AI-Driven System
Founded in 2023 by Mikko Mäntylä, Miika Huttunen, and Johan Jern — all former leaders at Slush — Realm is building infrastructure for AI-powered execution in enterprise sales.
The company’s core idea: sales teams should operate more like modern developers, managing multiple AI agents that handle parallel workflows such as RFP responses, security questionnaires, and high-stakes deal documentation.
Solving the Context Problem in Sales
Unlike software engineering — where structured codebases provide clear context for AI — enterprise sales operates across fragmented tools and unstructured data.
Realm tackles this by creating a structured “context layer” that maps a company’s:
- Market positioning
- Product offering
- Sales pipeline
- Strategic priorities
This context graph enables AI agents to generate high-quality outputs aligned with real business logic — not just generic responses.
From Assistance to Execution
Realm positions itself beyond traditional CRM or analytics tools. Instead of tracking past performance, it focuses on executing revenue-critical tasks.
Customers use the platform to generate complex deliverables such as multi-million-euro proposals and business cases. According to the company, 70–80% of AI-generated outputs are accepted without edits — and any changes made are fed back into the system, continuously improving future performance.
Embedded into Existing Workflows
The platform integrates with tools like Slack, CRM systems, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, allowing teams to deploy AI agents within their existing workflows.
Notable customers already include Visma, Aiven, and Hostaway.
Scaling Fast and Expanding to the US
Realm plans to use the funding to triple its team by the end of 2026 and accelerate expansion into the US market.
As AI adoption shifts from tooling to execution, Realm is positioning itself at the forefront of a new category — where software doesn’t just support sales teams but actively does the work.
