Gothenburg-based digital accounting service provider Warmare, which Breakit calls an “AI auditor”, has raised SEK 9 million (about €800K / $900K) from angel investors Jens Collskog and Carl-Magnus Hallberg.
The Round
According to Breakit, the funding values Warmare at around SEK 140 million, and the company is also bringing in “big tech profiles”. The details of who those people are and what roles they will take were not available in the source material.
Who Is Behind It
Warmare is led by founder and CEO Björn Elfgren, who previously founded Wint. Breakit reports that Elfgren is relaxed about growing foreign competition in AI-driven accounting and auditing, and says he welcomes competitors: “The coffee is on.”
