Warsaw-based Coding Giants, an international STEM education platform for children and teenagers, has secured up to €6 million in venture debt financing from Orbit Capital, a Central and Eastern European growth-stage investor with more than €200 million in assets across its venture debt and growth equity vehicles.
The Financing
The deal follows the €8.5 million round led by True Global Ventures (TGV) that Coding Giants announced in December 2024. The new capital will be used primarily to accelerate the company’s presence in the United States and Mexico, and to deepen its footprint in Spain through a mix of organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
Wiktor Namysł, General Partner at Orbit Capital, said: “Coding Giants has reached a stage where venture debt can be particularly effective: the company has a proven business model, generates meaningful revenue and has already demonstrated its ability to operate internationally. This type of financing gives the team additional flexibility to pursue growth opportunities without changing the fundamentals of the business.”
Radosław Kulesza, CEO and co-founder, added: “We have built a business generating approximately USD 15 million in ARR. The financing from Orbit Capital will allow us to move faster on the opportunities we see, particularly in Spain and across the Americas. We already have an office in Mexico and want to accelerate our growth in the region, both organically and through acquisitions.”
About Coding Giants
Known as Giganci Programowania in Poland, Coding Giants was founded in 2018 by Radosław Kulesza, Dawid Leśniakiewicz, Piotr Pełka and Sebastian Langa. It offers online and onsite courses in coding, artificial intelligence and mathematics to learners aged 6 to 19. The platform operates across 15 countries, including the US, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Germany and several Balkan markets, and has taught more than 130,000 students worldwide.
The company combines expert instruction with AI-powered tools that adapt learning materials to each student’s progress in real time. Courses are delivered in environments students already know, including Minecraft and Roblox.
Beyond its courses, Coding Giants runs Gigathon, the largest programming competition in Poland, and clickON, a free nationwide coding event endorsed by Poland’s Ministry of Education for children aged 6 to 18. Its educator community numbers close to a thousand instructors who combine technology experience with teaching.
Co-founder Dawid Leśniakiewicz said: “Coding, AI and mathematics develop logical thinking, curiosity and problem-solving skills. These are the capabilities young people need not only to use technology, but to understand it and actively participate in creating it.”
Why It Matters
The financing arrives as demand for practical STEM education rises globally, while mathematics performance continues to decline among young people in a number of markets. Coding Giants positions its platform as a way to reverse that trend, and the new funds will help it reach young learners in more regions.
