Estonia — On August 26–27, Tallinn will welcome women leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers and innovators from around the world for Women Shaping the Future 2026, an international conference organised by ÄND in partnership with the City of Tallinn and AmCham Estonia.
The two-day event is aimed at professionals looking to build cross-border connections, uncover new business opportunities and trade practical ideas on the future of leadership, entrepreneurship and technology. Attendees are expected from Estonia, Japan, South Africa, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Finland, the United States, the UAE and Australia.
What’s on the Agenda
The programme is built around five themes:
- Entrepreneurship and international growth
- Leadership, resilience and vision
- AI, innovation and digital transformation
- Cybersecurity and digital trust
- International partnerships and networking
Confirmed speakers include Estonia’s Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs Liisa-Ly Pakosta, entrepreneur Anna-Greta Tsahkna, former Deputy Mayor of Tallinn Margot Roose, Osaka University Project Professor Mari Nogami Itoh, and Dame Tessy Antony de Nassau, alongside other international experts.
Format
The conference kicks off with a Welcome Evening & Global Networking session on August 26 at J. Poska House in Kadriorg. The main programme runs on August 27 at the Mövenpick Hotel Tallinn, with a full day of talks, panels and networking.
