LONDON, United Kingdom — Global strategy and creative consultancy Prophet has acquired London-based digital transformation agency JBi Digital, expanding its capabilities in website strategy, design, and development across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
The acquisition enhances Prophet’s ability to deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects by combining its growth strategy and business transformation expertise with JBi Digital’s technical execution and enterprise website development capabilities.
Founded in 2008, JBi Digital has built a reputation for delivering large-scale digital platforms for enterprise organizations, public-sector institutions, and regulated industries. Following the acquisition, the agency will continue serving its existing clients under the Prophet brand while gaining access to the firm’s global consulting and transformation resources.
Expanding Digital Capabilities Across EMEA and North America
The integration enables Prophet to offer clients a more comprehensive service spanning the entire lifecycle of digital initiatives—from strategic planning and user experience design to website development, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Prophet’s delivery capabilities across the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, and the Middle East, while also supporting a growing number of digital projects for clients in the United States.
Meeting Growing Demand for Integrated Digital Services
According to Prophet, organizations increasingly seek partners capable of connecting business strategy with technical delivery rather than managing multiple specialized vendors.
Tobias Bärschneider, Senior Partner and EMEA Regional Lead at Prophet, said the acquisition reflects the firm’s strategy of combining consulting, technology, customer experience, and execution to help organizations transform digital ambitions into measurable business outcomes.
He added that the deal significantly strengthens Prophet’s ability to support complex website modernization and digital transformation programs across international markets.
JBi Digital Begins Its Next Chapter
JBi Digital’s leadership described the acquisition as a natural evolution for the company.
Co-founder and Managing Director David Gelb said joining Prophet allows JBi to expand its strategic capabilities while preserving the collaborative, client-focused culture that has defined the agency for nearly two decades. He also highlighted new opportunities for employees to work on larger global transformation projects alongside Prophet’s international consulting teams.
Co-founder and Operations Director Raj Bawa emphasized that both companies share a commitment to long-term client partnerships, technical excellence, and high standards of digital delivery.
Strengthening Prophet’s Global Consulting Platform
Prophet operates 15 offices worldwide and employs more than 500 consultants, strategists, creatives, marketers, and digital specialists. The consultancy has worked with global organizations including Google, Salesforce, Siemens, Marriott, Netflix, Amazon, T-Mobile, UBS, Invesco, and Beazley.
The acquisition of JBi Digital reflects a broader trend in the consulting industry, where strategy firms continue expanding their in-house digital execution capabilities to provide integrated transformation services covering strategy, design, technology implementation, and ongoing optimization.
