Wegrow, a Paris-based software platform focused on enabling companies to share and scale best business practices, has secured €7 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Nauta Capital, with participation from Wille Finance and existing investors Shapr Ventures, Scalefund, VU Venture Partners, and she1K.
The platform addresses a costly issue prevalent in large organizations— the repeated attempt to “reinvent the wheel.” According to a Harvard Business Review estimate, Fortune 500 companies lose approximately $31 billion annually due to this inefficiency. Wegrow’s AI-powered platform breaks down silos between different geographies, business areas, and functions, streamlining the collection, sharing, and reuse of business practices to save time and increase profits.
“Whenever a team reinvents the wheel instead of re-using a proven best practice, they waste both time and money,” said Arnaud Sliwa, CEO and Founder of Wegrow. With 15 years of experience in multinational corporations like Danone and General Mills, Sliwa recognized the magnitude of this problem and set out to solve it. “Our mission at Wegrow is to eradicate this inefficiency, which affects companies operating across multiple locations,” he added.
Wegrow’s proprietary AI-based system intelligently matches best practices to the right users at the right time, delivering up to 30 times return on investment by streamlining processes. As companies increasingly adopt AI to enhance productivity, Wegrow’s human-centered approach emphasizes the role of human expertise and collaboration in solving business challenges.
The platform has already gained traction with industry leaders in sectors such as food and beverage, technology, and pharmaceuticals. Clients include multinational giants like Mondelez, Bayer, Campari, HP, Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, Henkel, and Suntory.
The fresh funds will allow Wegrow to expand its platform beyond marketing and sales, introducing AI-driven solutions for departments such as finance, supply chain, R&D, and human resources. “Each department has its unique workflow, and our ability to adapt to these processes while delivering the right best practice at the right time will set us apart,” Sliwa said.
Borja Breña, Partner at Nauta Capital, highlighted the platform’s value for enterprises: “Wegrow enables large companies to connect and curate their teams’ knowledge, significantly boosting productivity and reducing inefficiencies. Their AI-driven solution fosters engagement and adoption, delivering measurable results for clients.”
With this investment, Wegrow is set to scale its capabilities and solidify its position as a leader in AI-powered business practice sharing.
