Polish startup Parchment, which automates contract management, has raised PLN 5 million in a seed round led by German fund Sunfish Partners. The funds raised will help with international expansion and the development of a platform for negotiating complex contracts. Parchment today has more than 350 clients, including the Volvo Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Atrium European Real Estate and Kross.
