Nodes & Links Secures €11.4M to Transform Construction with AI Agents

London-based AI enterprise platform Nodes & Links has raised €11.4 million in a Series B funding round to accelerate the adoption of its AI-driven project management technology across Europe and the U.S. The round was led by ETF Partners, with participation from SFC, Uncorrelated, and existing investors.

At the heart of Nodes & Links’ innovation is its Vertical AI Agents—AI-powered assistants designed to automate complex project management tasks, from performance analysis to compliance reporting. By eliminating inefficiencies, the company aims to improve project delivery in the global construction industry, valued at €11.4 trillion.

AI-Powered Efficiency in a Growing Market

“Our AI agents remove the tedious aspects of project management, allowing professionals to focus on delivering projects on time and on budget,” said Greg Lawton, CEO of Nodes & Links. “This funding allows us to expand our reach at a crucial time when smarter solutions are needed to drive efficiency in construction.”

Founded in 2018 by Christos Ellinas and Greg Lawton, Nodes & Links collaborates with industry leaders managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, energy, and rail, as well as hyperscale construction efforts like data centers. The company’s AI tools offer instant access to project insights and data-driven decision-making, supporting enterprises under pressure to enhance productivity.

With global construction spending projected to rise from €12.4 trillion in 2023 to €21 trillion by 2040, the sector faces mounting demands to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Nodes & Links’ platform is positioned to address these challenges while promoting sustainability.

Proven Impact and Industry Adoption

In 2024 alone, Nodes & Links has helped enterprises save 175,000 hours and €3.6 million, driving a sixfold increase in adoption rates. The company’s AI-powered CO2 tracker has also contributed to a reduction of over 9,000 kT of carbon emissions across 711 projects.

Industry leaders like AECOM have already seen significant benefits. “Nodes & Links enables our teams to access predictive insights quickly and fine-tune project execution, resulting in more efficient and sustainable outcomes,” said Richard Newey, Project Controls Director at AECOM.

Lucy Rand, Partner at ETF Partners, emphasized the broader impact of Nodes & Links’ technology: “Their AI-driven approach enhances operational resilience while reducing inefficiencies, resource waste, and carbon footprints. As leading sustainability investors, we are committed to scaling solutions that align business performance with environmental goals.”

With fresh funding and a growing industry demand for AI-driven efficiencies, Nodes & Links is set to reshape the future of construction, making project management smarter, faster, and more sustainable.
