Kry Retires Its Livi Brand, Unifying Under One Name Across Europe

Stockholm-based digital healthcare provider Kry is giving up its separate Livi brand, which it operated under in the UK and France, bringing those markets under the Kry name as well.

The Rebrand

Kry had operated in the UK as Livi since 2018, delivering more than 4 million consultations to patients across the country. Across Europe, the group behind the brand has delivered more than 14 million consultations in total and now operates around 60 physical care sites alongside its digital services.

Until now, the company operated under different names in different countries. As of the announcement, all services are being brought together under one name: Kry — meaning “feeling well” in Swedish.

The company frames the move as more than a naming exercise: it’s about bringing together its experience, technology, and clinical expertise under one brand, as it continues working to make high-quality healthcare more accessible and connected. As the company put it in its announcement: “One name. One organisation. The same care you know and trust. Welcome to Kry.”
