Zynt raises €424K pre-Seed to bring precision back to AI-powered B2B sales

Warsaw-based startup Zynt has secured €424.4K ($500K) in pre-Seed funding to advance its AI-driven sales intelligence platform and expand internationally.

The round was backed by 24Ventures and a group of angel investors.

From lead volume to timing intelligence

Zynt is tackling a growing problem in modern B2B sales: too much data, not enough signal.

For years, sales teams optimized for scale — more contacts, more outreach, more automation. Tools like large contact databases made it easy to reach thousands of prospects. But with the rise of AI-generated personalization, inboxes have become saturated, and outbound performance has quietly declined.

Zynt’s thesis is simple:
👉 the problem is no longer who to contact — but when and why now.

Turning signals into actionable timing

Founded by Cezary Raszel and Wojciech Ozimek, the company aggregates signals from multiple sources, including:

  • News and press releases
  • Social media activity
  • Job postings
  • Product launches
  • Official business registries

This data is processed through a multi-stage pipeline using machine learning, natural language processing, and elements of game theory.

The result: instead of static lead lists, sales teams receive context-rich insights that indicate when a potential buyer is most likely to engage.

Built on real-world sales behavior

To validate the concept, the founders conducted nearly 1,200 conversations with sales professionals, including time spent in the US market.

Their key insight:
Top-performing sales teams don’t rely on massive lead lists — they focus on smaller, curated pipelines and invest more time in understanding timing, context, and buyer intent.

Zynt aims to operationalize this approach at scale.

What comes next

With the new funding, the company plans to:

  • Prepare the platform for enterprise-grade deployments
  • Enhance CRM integrations
  • Improve buying signal detection accuracy
  • Launch a new event intelligence feature to track where prospects are likely to appear

The platform already supports multiple languages and is used primarily by Polish companies operating globally. Zynt is now preparing for its next funding round and a broader expansion into the US market.

Market context

Zynt’s raise reflects a broader shift in sales technology:
from automation at scale → to precision and timing intelligence.

As AI lowers the barrier to mass outreach, competitive advantage is moving toward understanding when engagement actually matters. In this environment, signal quality — not volume — becomes the defining factor.

Zynt is positioning itself at the center of that transition.
