Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group acquires No Fluff Jobs

Ringier Axel Springer Media in 2018 acquired a 44 percent stake in No Fluff Jobs, the owner of the job advertising site of the same name.

– I am delighted that after four years of good cooperation we were able to take the next step. Together with the founders of the company, Magdalena Gawlowska-Bujok and Tomasz Bujok, we plan to take the company to the next level of international development. We want to build a strong platform with IT job offers in the dynamic and growing global market for IT professionals,” says Mark Dekan, CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Polska.

No Fluff Jobs is a job portal for the IT industry with mandatory salary ranges while providing detailed information on employee benefits. Over the past four years, No Fluff Jobs has become one of the fastest growing portals in Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group’s digital services portfolio, increasing its revenue thirteenfold since 2018. Under the newly signed agreement, Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group takes a majority stake (70%) in No Fluff Jobs.
