Madrid-Based Sigma Software Inspire Launches to Help Companies Turn Customer Insight Into Market-Ready Digital Products

Sigma Software Group has launched Sigma Software Inspire, a product and experience strategy boutique headquartered in Madrid that helps companies close the gap between knowing their customers and actually building products those customers want.

The new venture is led by CEO Eduardo Soares and CXO Bruno Perez, both seasoned product and design strategists with backgrounds spanning international digital transformation initiatives. Sigma Software Inspire was created within Sigma Software Group’s Strategic Entrepreneurship Program — an internal initiative backing experienced founders who build specialised service companies supported by the group’s engineering capabilities.

Not “strategy only.” Not “campaign only.”

The company’s pitch is deliberately positioned against two entrenched consulting archetypes. “Clients work with us when they need to move from insight to action without organisational drag,” said Eduardo Soares, CEO. “Sigma Software Inspire is not a ‘strategy only’ consultancy, and it’s not a ‘campaign only’ agency. It’s built to close the gap that keeps appearing between the two.”

That gap, the founders argue, is where most digital product failures originate — not in engineering, but in the upstream decisions that determine what gets built and for whom.

Sigma Software Inspire targets four recurring scenarios: turning new ideas into viable products, redesigning products struggling with adoption or retention, integrating AI capabilities into existing experiences, and preparing products for launch or major commercial change.

AI as a product tool, not a showcase

With AI reshaping what’s technically possible, Bruno Perez is clear about the company’s philosophy. “When AI becomes part of the experience, it must solve real user problems — not just showcase technology,” the CXO said. The company works across retail, financial services, technology platforms, and digital services — verticals where customer experience directly drives commercial results.

The launch also marks a strategic evolution for Sigma Software Group itself. “Success is determined much earlier — in the product and experience decisions that shape what gets built in the first place,” said Artem Petrenko, President of Strategy at Sigma Software Group. The new boutique extends the group’s offering beyond delivery into the decisions that precede it.

Sigma Software Inspire operates globally from its Madrid base.
