Finnish Startup ONEiO Secures €8M to Redefine Enterprise IT Integrations with “IntegrationOps”

ONEiO raises €8 million to make manual IT integrations obsolete with IntegrationOps

Helsinki-based scale-up ONEiO has raised €8 million in a growth round to accelerate the development of its “IntegrationOps” model — a managed service designed to make manual IT integrations a thing of the past. The funding, led by Bocap with renewed backing from Fairpoint Capital, will also fuel expansion across the U.K. and the DACH region.

Founded in 2011, ONEiO has built an automation-first platform that replaces traditional, project-based integrations with a continuous, scalable service. Instead of spending months coding brittle one-off integrations, enterprises can now onboard in weeks and let the platform evolve automatically. The company claims integrations can be deployed up to 90% faster and at 70% lower cost than legacy methods.

“Integrations have historically been expensive, slow, and impossible to scale,” said Juha Berghäll, CEO and Co-founder of ONEiO. “With IntegrationOps, we’ve turned them into an ongoing capability that runs without manual work. In the AI era, this isn’t optional — it’s the only way to keep up.”

The model echoes the transformation DevOps brought to software delivery. By treating integrations as core infrastructure rather than hidden projects, ONEiO enables enterprises to adapt faster, cut costs, and deliver better customer experiences. Its platform already powers complex IT service ecosystems for companies like Bayer, Volkswagen, CGI, CDW, and Agilisys.

Demand for modern integration approaches is rising. In Germany, a recent KPMG survey found that more than half of large enterprises are planning a complete integration overhaul within the year. In the U.K., an SAP report showed 80% of companies see AI as a growth priority, but legacy infrastructure remains a bottleneck.

For investors, the shift signals a market ripe for disruption. “ONEiO is not just automating a broken process — they’re redefining how enterprise IT operates,” said Julianna Borsos, founding partner at Bocap. “IntegrationOps is the next logical step after iPaaS. It’s faster to deploy, easier to scale, and built for the continuous change of the AI era.”

With fresh capital in hand, ONEiO plans to expand its team and double down on its IntegrationOps-as-a-Service model, positioning itself as the category leader in enterprise IT integration.
