The intensive development of the Internet makes it increasingly easy to reach a huge number of people. Functioning online offers many benefits, but it also provides a space for the activities of people who repeatedly violate other people’s rights, established market position and good name. Polish law does not contain uniform regulations related to cybercrime. And, unfortunately, all entrepreneurs, regardless of the industry size of the company, are vulnerable to attacks by so-called domain trolls.
