12 start-up companies compete for SEK 100 000 in Almi Pitch 2022

Out of 100 nominated companies, 12 companies have been selected.

They are exciting companies with great potential, representing different industries, all with a strong drive to contribute to a more sustainable future with their product or service.

Here are the companies competing in Almi Pitch 2022:

FineCell Sweden AB, Develops and produces versatile bio-based material
OmMej AB, App to prevent children’s mental health
InstaSport AB, Digital holistic solution for golfers.
ApoGlyx AB, Therapy for application in several inflammatory diseases.
Taigatech AB, Traceability of forest raw material
PlantVation AB, Efficient production of forest plants
VIDEM AB, Accelerates diagnosis of infections
Glenntex AB, Reduce virgin plastic consumption
Smart Climate Scandinavian AB, Energy efficient AC for parked aircraft.
Stockholm Water Technologi AB, Clean and sustainable water solutions.

Almi Pitch is organised by Almi Invest and Almi Företagspartner during the Åre Business Forum for the eleventh year in a row. It is a unique opportunity for early stage companies to get feedback from seasoned investors and make important contacts. The companies also perform their pitches live on the main stage on Thursday in a semi-final and a final. The audience will finally decide which of the three finalists will take home the prize of €100,000.

This year’s investor panel includes Susanna Campbell, investor, Magnus Wiberg, partner eEquity, Josefine Landgård, founder KRY and Mantle, Hans Victor, business angel, Anette Nordvall, early stage tech investor, Finn Persson, partner and co-founder, Spintop Ventures, Kerstin Cooley, partner Brightly Ventures and Joachim Karlsson, CEO of Almi Invest.
